Passed by the shop and out of curiosity went in to have a look and end of buying 2 pieces of steak, the Japanese beef oyster blade steak and Japanese beef akami steak. The staff is knowledgeable with their meat and although the meat is not cheap it’s reasonable for the quality. After some light seasoning with sea salt and black pepper, I let the steak sit in the fridge for a few hours before pan cook it. The taste of the meat is soft and tender at medium rare. Will definitely go back when I need some good beef for steak without burning a hole.

Authentic Japanese meat store with professional service. Impressed by The butcher outfit as the worn tie and apron. I bought 10 pcs of pork loin for tonkatsu and I saw them using measuring ruler to cut them. find price are affordable Based on quality. They have all kinds of top grade beef and nice beef cut ! Have been driving past this place a few times during the day and there was always a queue outside. Initially I thought it was a Japanese restaurant, which I later found that it is actually a butcher shop specialising in meat from Japan. I was there on a Friday morning when they just opened and there was no one in the shop. Had a very pleasant time browsing around, and the staff attended to our questions on the meat and stock for steamboat. I must say the meat quality here is better than other places I have been to for the same price. おいしい!

Have bought beef here a few times for yakiniku @ home, the quality here is top-notch. Fresh, good quality beef worth every dollar. We tried the small intestines, it had zero gamey flavours. The menchi katsu is a must try (ask them to fry it for you). Deep fried to perfection while bursting with juiciness inside.

I came here to buy beef once in a while. The beef are of good quality and reasonable price. If you are lucky, you may get some items on deep discount. Today I found out they can actually fry the croquettes for you to takeaway. It's a game changer for me.

Good quality butcher selling meats from Japan. If you are looking for Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) meats maybe you can try here. Even with price range they have like Don Don Donki meats here are way much more high quality. I guess buying from online is cheeper but need to pay SGD10 delivery fee.

Read about this place some time back and have always wanted to patronize it. Came on a Saturday at around 10:30 and there was already a queue! Granted they only allow 5 people inside at one go due to safe distancing. But still, wow. When we entered, the staff introduced the cuts of meat to us and made recommendations. We went for their A5 kyoto beef miyabi around 850g and it’s reasonable for the size of it! No oil needed omg. So good. The staff threw in a free steak sauce which we used another time for cheaper steak and it’s also yumz.

High quality cuts at very affordable prices. Can't decide what grades or cuts to get for your meal? The staff are more than willing to make recommendations. There's also a small corner for other essential Japanese items like instant ramen, slices and snacks.
